We’re looking for an experienced senior marketer to own and execute Parlor’s marketing strategy with a focus on lead generation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for running programs across the entire customer journey — from acquisition to retention — and for the growth and success of several key marketing channels.

Location: This position can be 100% remote or a hybrid work arrangement in Boston.

About the role:

  • Strategic thinker who can design and execute demand generation strategy to drive sales opportunities aligned with company growth goals
  • Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to create an effective messaging strategy to drive leads
  • Assume ownership of website, SEO, SEM, social, blog, premium offer creation, email, etc.
  • Work with the in-house creative team (videographer and visual designer), and grow the team based on the success of your demand generation
  • Manage marketing spend across channels and align marketing investment with short and long-term goals
  • Analyze campaign performance; develop reports and insights to inform future strategy
  • Provide lead pipeline and MQL forecasting to leadership


About you:

  • Process-oriented and clear communicator
  • Proven ability to generate revenue from marketing
  • Track record of creating a demand generation strategy from the ground up
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Marketing automation experience is a must; HubSpot preferred
  • Experience managing a website
  • Familiarity with SEM, SEO, and major ad platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Player/coach mentality with an interest in growing and building a team
  • Problem-solver at heart
  • Eager to jump in and make meaningful contributions from day 1
  • Proud of your work, open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement
  • Comfortable with autonomy and collaboration
  • Bonus points if you have experience managing an internal team and/or an external team of freelancers
